We will usually despatch your order via Australia Post within 24 hours, however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

In general, standard Australia Post takes between 2 and 10 days for delivery within Australia and up to 3 weeks for overseas.

Express Post is offered as an option for an additional cost at time of checkout and generally ensures delivery within 1 to 3 days to most Australian destinations.

If you wish to query a delivery please contact us.

Returns and refunds

Products purchased from our online shop are covered by 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects. If you find a product you have purchased is defective, contact us prior to returning it and we will arrange to either send you a replacement if one is available or ask you to return it for a refund if no longer available.

Due to their consumable nature, books and DVD's cannot be returned for refund other than where there is a manufacturing defect in which case they will be replaced or where an explicit guarantee period is offered at the time of sale (see below for The Big Lap). Other products can be returned in original, unopened and unused condition up to 90 days from purchase for a refund of the purchase price not including delivery or return costs. Please contact us us prior to returning goods.

The Big Lap DVD Series is sold with a 30 day money back guarantee. To claim the guarantee, contact us within 45 days of placing your order (allowing 15 days for order processing and delivery) advising that you would like to return the product for a refund - please include the date of purchase, invoice number, original delivery address and your bank BSB and account number for us to process your refund into. Upon receipt of your email we will confirm your original order and email you back with instructions on where to send the DVD. Once we receive the DVD back we will process a refund of the original sale price.
