How to install USB Chargers in the rear doors

Modern cars these days are chock full of cup holders and USB charging sockets but back in the dark ages when our beloved 80 Series was built I don't think the letters U-S-B had even been put together yet in any capacity.

So as part of my 'Project80' mission to progressively upgrade the 80 Series into the ultimate budget family touring vehicle, I thought I'd install some USB charging sockets in the rear doors so the girls can keep their phones and tablets charged on the road.
